By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and will be held to these terms.I reserve the right to decline or cancel at any time and for any reason. A statement will be provided explaining why I have chosen to cancel the commission and issue a refund based on my refund policy.
Terms of Use
The received artwork is for personal and private use only.
No commercial use unless agreed otherwise.You are allowed to repost and use the commissioned artwork as long as proper credit to me is given. (eg. Credit to Pandasie)You are not allowed to edit, change, or trace the artwork.You must not remove or edit my watermark.
When commissioning
Provide a clear reference of the character you want to commission an artwork for.Please be patient. I have other customers and responsibilities outside the internet. But I'll try to keep in touch with you about the commission.Times on commissions will depend on many factors. I'll try to give an estimate on how long your commission will take but that may not be 100% the case.I will send you WIPs before entering the next stage in process to see if you want anything changed. (ex. before lining or shading)
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment will be upfront via paypal. I will send you an invoice.As of now no payment plans will be accepted.I will not start the commission until payment is received.A 100% refund can be requested if I have not started on your commission.If I have already started on your commission I will tell you how many % are going to be reunded based on the work that has been already spent on your commission.
